The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce new dates for NEET admit card and NEET exam. In the meanwhile, for your benefit, the authorities have provided you correction window. Earlier March 27, 2020, was the release date for NEET admit card. But it was postponed due to pandemic COVID-19. 

Through the correction window, you can correct misspells or incorrect information in the NEET application form. Previously, you could only make corrections in the name, address, category or any other misspells. Now, it allows you to change your NEET 2020 exam center in the correction window. Since you can only make the changes once, make sure you do it wisely.

The information for the same was notified by public notice on NTA’s website. Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank a minister of Human Resource Development also confirmed it through social media platform. Therefore, you must research well and make corrections based on your preferred city. 

How to change the NEET 2020 exam center?

You can follow the steps mentioned below to change your NEET 2020 exam center

  • Click on the website 
  • Sign in with your login ID and password 
  • When you are logged in, select ‘correction in particulars’
  • Scroll down and then, you can make changes in the choice of examination city 
  • After you choose the preferred exam center, you must enter captcha and OTP 
  • Finally, submit the edited NEET application form 

The step taken by the authorities is one of the most beneficial steps for you. It will ensure that you can give an exam in your city amidst national lockdown. It will also make sure that there is no violation of the rules and regulations of lockdown. Change in the NEET exam center will also ensure the security of students as well as teachers. 

Last date for correction window 

You can make changes in the correction window till May 3, 2020, by 5 pm. You may face issues in the website on the last day due to heavy traffic. Therefore, you must make changes in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
