NEET admit card is an essential document that every MBBS aspirant must carry to the examination centre. It carries all the crucial information about you. It includes your name, your father’s name, address, exam date and time, examination centre, roll number, reporting time, etc. Therefore, you must not forget to keep it with you when you go for the medical entrance exam.

You can download the admit card from National Testing Agency (NTA) website www.ntaneet.nic.in. Earlier NTA announced that you can download the NEET2020 admit card after May 3, 2020. But as per a recent update, the release for the NEET2020 admit card has been postponed. It is due to the effect of pandemic COVID-19. Not only this, but even the MBBS entrance exam’s date has also been postponed. You shouldn’t worry because soon you will be able to download the NEET admit card from NTA’s website.

For you and other students who live in an area that is affected by internet unavailability, the government has introduced the facility of Common Service Centres (CSCs). There are approx. 2.4lakh CSCs to help you download NEET application form, apply for the same and to download NEET admit card. Such centres will also help you to download results at a minimum price. For instance, You can download

  • Admit card for Rs.10/-
  •  A printout per page is Rs.5/-
  • Registration, application form print out and submission is Rs.25/-
  • NEET fee payment is 0.5% of each transaction
  • If you want to challenge the answer key, it may cost you Rs.25/-

When NTA will announce the release date for NEET admit card, you can go to a CSC and do the needful.

Lost your NEET admit card? 

If you lose your NEET admit card on your way to the exam centre, you can print it out again. But, if you lose your downloaded NEET admit card, what should be the next step?

A technical error may occur at any time. Because of the same, you may lose your downloaded NEET admit card. In such a scenario, the first thing you should do is relax. You must check the email id you used to register yourself for the NEET entrance exam. It is because according to the NTA brochure, you will receive NEET admit card on your email id as well after the issuance date. All you have to do is download it again and keep it safe for the future.
